A Promise To The Reader

The biggest misconception an author can make is to underestimate the power of their words. Novels literally make or break society—I fear the latter.

I’ve watched the authorial landscape of our literature represent something hardly recognizable as beneficial. Everything has gratuitous violence. Everything has spice. I’ve grown weary of watching the impressionable youth of our society drink from the muddy waters of Amazon.

It’s time Christian authors rise up from the shadows and write something redeeming. After all, if one soul is plucked from the fire, it’s all worth it in the end.

My novels touch on mature topics, but I offer you this promise:

1) My books serve a purpose. I don’t write stories for entertainment or to make money. I write to share the love of Christ.

2) My books are never preachy. In fact, I don’t mention God at all. My stories are written in an allegorical form—meaning they are heavily symbolic. Everything points back to Him.

3) My books don’t have foul language. This goes without saying.

4) My books don’t go beyond a kiss. Ever.

5) My books don’t have graphic violence. They do contain some (fantasy and otherwise).

Your heart is invaluable to me, dear reader. If you ever have any questions before diving into a book, feel free to reach out.
